Up now. Have been having this problem intermittent over the past 2 weeks.

The service is up and working fine currently.

It seems like someone was trying to shut it down by putting a high traffic to the website.
The site just blocked itself as a part of protection from those attacks.
Sorry for the problems it may cause.

It does not affect sniping because it's done by other services.
