I am trying to purchase more snipes but keep getting the message, "cannot connect to itunes". My wifi is working just fine. I logged out and logged back in, shut down my ipad and re powered it. ?

Unfortunately, I have no control over iTunes and connection between your device and iTunes.
I could only suspect that something happen with subscription.
The easiest way to fix it is to remove the app and re-download it from App Store again.
